A network of about 350 km (217 miles) roads recommended to cyclists… That’s a real invitation to relax and stroll through our beautiful countryside and its surprising and colourful landscapes. Straddling the Famenne and the Ardenne and crossing two provinces, Namur and Luxembourg, the Pays de Famenne (Famenne area) has an exceptional heritage and covers the boroughs of Marche-en-Famenne, Hotton, Durbuy, Rochefort, Nassogne and Somme-Leuze.
The network ‘Famenne à Vélo’ (Famenne by bike) is based on a marking out system using numbered bicycle junctions permitting you to adjust your intinerary before or during your ride. The different existing RAVeL sections are linked together and the routes permit to join the different railway stations.
